I received my Masters Degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling from San Francisco State University in 2016. I became a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern(IMF# 94738) in 2016.
I have been exposed to different theories of counseling, such as: psychoanalytic/psychodynamic psychotherapy, Jungian psychotherapy, Humanistic/Existential, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy(CBT), and Family Systems. In addition I bring a passion of Jungian psychology and the study of spirituality to my counseling practice.
I work with adults, teens, and adolescents doing short and long term therapy. I provide individual, couples, family, child, and group psychotherapy. I also offer consultation to other psychotherapists who need help navigating work with gay, bisexual, and lesbian clients, as well as clients who are spiritual and/or religious.
I am a member of CAMFT(California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists) and East Bay CAMFT.
